Manguo solves this by creating a guided digital flow — from data collection to instant communication — making the experience seamless for both client and provider.

I mapped the customer journey from the first contact to the final interaction, focusing on how automotive professionals discover, use, and benefit from the platform. This helped identify pain points and design opportunities that guided the solution.
